By submitting your details and requesting a quote, you agree that:

Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted if details differ on inspection.
Payment is due directly to AE Window Cleaning Ltd on their agreed terms.
Cancellations and refunds are handled fairly and reasonably by AE Window Cleaning Ltd.
All work is carried out by AE Window Cleaning Ltd. Inicio Digital only provides the enquiry form and passes your details to AE Window Cleaning Ltd.
Quotes are based on the information you provide. If property details differ when inspected, AE Window Cleaning Ltd may amend the quote before work begins.
Provide accurate details of your property and access.
Ensure access is available at the agreed date and time.
Inform AE Window Cleaning Ltd of any restrictions, hazards, or requirements.
Payment is made directly to AE Window Cleaning Ltd.
Payment terms (e.g. on completion, within 7 days) will be agreed with them.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if cancelling or rescheduling.
AE Window Cleaning Ltd may reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds are at the discretion of AE Window Cleaning Ltd.
Disputes should be raised directly with them. If unresolved, Inicio Digital Ltd may assist with mediation.
Inicio Digital is not liable for the services carried out. Responsibility for quality, timing, and outcomes rests with AE Window Cleaning Ltd.
